What is the cost to attend?

Most conferences are FREE to attend as long as you are pre-registered online or if you are not pre-registered, there is a $20 charge at the door.

Q:
How do I register?

A:
First, create an account (or login if you already have one) then select an event and click "Register". After completing the checkout process, you'll receive an email and will be able to view/manage your views under "My Events" in your account section.

Q:
What if I had a user account in the old system?

A:
If you had used our old registration system prior to November 15, 2011, your information should now be in the new registration system. If you don't know your password, you can use the password recovery to create a new one.

Q:
I created an account but I do not see any events listed in "My Events"

A:
Creating your account is the first step to registering for one of our upcoming conferences. After you have created an account, head on over to our upcoming events to register for one of them. After you complete the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation email and that event will then be listed in your "My Events" section.

Q:
I can't access my account

A:
We've changed the way you log in – now using your email address and password. If you're not sure what your email address is, contact us and we can help you out. If you don't know what your password is, you can use the password recovery to create a new one.

Q:
I've attended a conference before, but I cannot log in

A:
If you have not yet logged into our new website, you will need to create a new account first. Still not sure? Contact us.

Q:
What do I do if I cannot print my ticket?

A:
Your ticket is not required to gain entrance. Please go to the pre-registration kiosk when you arrive at the conference to have your badge printed and pick up your lanyard. The registration team will retrieve your registration by your first and last name.

Q:
I don't know what email address is attached to my account

A:
If you're having troubles accessing your account, we can help you find or update your email address to give you access to your account again.

Q:
I don't see any companies under my account

A:
If you don't see a "Companies & Invoices" tab (next to "My Events") in your account section, or if one of your companies is not listed, please contact us.

Q:
Why can't I log in with my stock symbol any more?

A:
Some exhibitors manage multiple companies and some companies have multiple symbols. It was confusing to most, so we decided that it should be as simple as using your email address to log in.
